Evolving Solutions Launches Customer Asset Management Portal (CAMP)
Helps Customers Manage IT Assets & Improve Efficiency

Evolving Solutions is launching a Customer Asset Management Portal (CAMP) to provide IT staff with easy access to the IT information they need – when they need it.

Hamel, MN, June 16, 2010 –Evolving Solutions, a leading data center management solutions provider, is launching a Customer Asset Management Portal (CAMP), designed to provide IT staff and asset management personnel with a single source database for managing multi-vendor technology assets.

CAMP provides web access to pertinent information such as maintenance hardware and software contract numbers, contract expiration dates, serial numbers, and much more. With all information housed in a central database, IT personnel can easily access the data they need, when they need it.

“Our mission is to make it easier for our customers to view and track their assets that are under contract,” said Jaime Gmach, President, Evolving Solutions. “With CAMP, not only can we provide a consolidated view of customer assets, we take a proactive approach to prevent assets from falling off an expiring maintenance contract and thereby eliminate the potential exposure to substantial non-budgeted support costs.”

CAMP allows Evolving Solutions’ customers on-demand access to an accurate list of their IT assets and eliminates the necessity to independently monitor multiple vendor contracts. In addition to saving customers time, CAMP streamlines IT asset management with ongoing updates to asset inventory and can reduce customer expenses by eliminating unused assets and their associated maintenance costs.

“CAMP was designed to create IT efficiencies,” said Gmach. “Our customers will find the portal to be easy to use and will provide them with accurate and up to date information on their asset maintenance contracts.”
