Project Manager
As the IT Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for each project, the delivery of the implementation and management of activities on a daily basis. You will be the single point of contact for the client and the professional services team.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Requesting, coordinating and managing resources and their usage within the project.
- Delivery of the implementation and management of activities on a daily basis
- Establish project goals, timelines, milestones and project plan
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide Project Status Reporting on a weekly basis
- Facilitate effective kickoff meetings and hold regular status review meetings
- Escalates through the Director of Professional Services during the course of the project
- Coordinate and conduct post-project review meeting with the client and customer service
