Jaime J. Gmach - President, Evolving Solutions


Jaime Gmach co-founded Evolving Solutions in January of 1996 after spending the previous ten years sharpening his entrepreneurial skills in various elements of the technology industry. He previously served in roles ranging from Customer Engineer to Director of Technical Services to Sales Manager and is currently President of Evolving Solutions. Jaime's strong technical perspective comes from years of face-to-face interaction with clients to design and implement their desired business solutions.

Jaime has served as an expert source and has co-authored industry articles on server and storage virtualization.  He has been published in industry trade magazines including CRN, Computer Technology News and ADVANCE for Imaging & Oncology Administrators.

In 2004, Jaime was named a Finance & Commerce Innovator of the Year for leading Evolving Solutions onto the cutting edge of Storage Virtualization solutions.  In the same year, Evolving Solutions was named both a CRN Fast Growth Storage Integrator and a Twin Cities Business Journal Fastest Growing Company.

Rebecca Olson - Vice President, Evolving Solutions


Rebecca Olson co-founded Evolving Solutions in January of 1996 after spending the previous eight years at a MN-based IT consultancy.

One of Rebecca's strengths lies in effectively managing the company's growing employee base.  She has authored an article on "Hiring the Right People" and has been published in Minnesota Technology, Upsize and MyBusiness Magazine.

Chris Taylor - Director of Professional Service & Solution Sales


Chris joined Evolving Solutions in 2005 to help meet 2005 corporate revenue goals and to bring additional storage, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions expertise to the firm.  Chris has a solid storage networking background having previously occupied positions as National Director of Solution Development at CNT and as Business Development Executive at EMC.
