Leadership Changes to Move Evolving Solutions Forward
Evolving Solutions founder and CEO Jaime Gmach announces that Bo Gebbie will be assuming the role of president of Evolving Solutions. This leadership change will allow him to focus more closely on growing and innovating for the future, while Bo will lead day-to-day operations.
At Evolving Solutions, we are constantly expanding and advancing to better meet client needs. Over the past five years, that’s meant investing in our core practice areas: modern networking, enterprise monitoring and analytics, hybrid cloud, and automation and orchestration. And as of today, that also means an evolution of our leadership team.
I am pleased to announce that Bo Gebbie will be assuming the role of president of Evolving Solutions as of today (August 11, 2021). I will retain my role as CEO of the company. This leadership change will allow me to focus more closely on growing and innovating for the future, while Bo will lead day-to-day operations with the steady leadership and the dash of humor that he is known for.
Bo’s Background in Leadership
Bo came to Evolving Solutions in 2017 after a 14-year career at IBM. During his tenure here, he has worked tirelessly as Vice President of Sales, Services and Marketing to guide how we present our core solutions offerings and practice areas as one team to clients. I trust that as president he will continue that tireless pursuit. Bo has also led employee engagement here at Evolving Solutions, and has been an integral champion for our external philanthropic initiatives.
Bo brings the right skills and attributes to the table to lead Evolving Solutions forward for the next 25 years. And it is not just his leadership skills and style, but also that he encapsulates our company culture. What’s more, he is adaptable to whatever situation or client challenge he may face.
Renewed Focus on Innovation
You might also be wondering: Why is this change happening now? Quite simply, Evolving Solutions is at a moment of pivotal growth and this change will help us accelerate that growth. The timing makes sense for our business, and I have been preparing Bo for this role since he joined Evolving Solutions.
I’ll retain my role as CEO, which will enable me to continue to focus on expanding new service areas and offerings. Bo will focus on day-to-day operations—really extending many of the duties he had already been performing in his previous role over the past four-plus years.
What does this mean for you, our clients? Ultimately, Bo and I, with the rest of the Evolving Solutions team behind us, are really going to be able to divide and conquer to meet clients where they are at on their innovation journeys. That is critical as our clients continue to work through the technology infrastructure issues laid bare by the pandemic and innovate to accelerate future growth.
