Primary Impact / Requirements

The Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the company’s sales organization by processing maintenance requests for quotes, service renewal contracts and *aaS licenses in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

Accountability

  • Process maintenance quotes, renewal service contracts and *aaS license requests.
  • Ensures all associated databases are maintained.
  • Works collaboratively with Account Executive, Sales, Operations and customers.
  • Maintains maintenance documentation.
  • Provides oversight to customer maintenance invoices, as required.
  • Assists in achieving maintenance goals and metrics.

  • Corporate office in Hamel, MN
